If you want to use your trademark in countries or regions other than China, you can apply direct to the Trademark Office in each country or region.

Generally, to file a trademark application, the following documents are required:
(1) A Power of Attorney； 
(2) A description of the specific goods/services (item by item basis) to be registered；
(3) The specimens of the mark per application; and
(4) A certified copy of the priority document (if required).
